Australian based 2XU (“Two Times You”), one of the world's leading manufacturers of athletic compression gear, hired The Woods & Co in October 2013 to increase consumer awareness in the USA. By devising a multi-pronged strategy that ensured editors from a broad spectrum of categories not only were sent lookbooks, but also invited to quarterly work out classes to experience the functionality of the gear, we were able to garner over $25 million in media coverage in just under two years. 2XU has since become one of the go-to athletic wear brands, for both style and technology, in the editorial world, and have been featured in top tier press including TODAY Show, SELF, Men’s Health, Shape, Health, Women’s Health, Vogue.com, Women’s Wear Daily, Refinery 29, Runner’s World, and more. To further their global expansion, LVMH recently funded the brand with a multi-million dollar investment proposition.
